J'ram-Hei is an Argonian teeba-hatsei player, who can randomly be encountered near the Bright-Throat Wayshrine and along the roads throughout Murkmire. Along with Chukka-Jee, he is trying to explain the rules of the game to Gwinithor.
Dialogue[edit]
As you approach the trio, you'll hear:
- Chukka-Jee : "No, no. We only cover the ball with mud when points are scored too quickly."
Or
- Chukka-Jee : "Strike the wall, and you gain one point. Unless it's raining, of course, and then you are awarded two."
- J'ram-Hei : "The game is lost if the ball passes through the highest hoop. Unless the moons are both more than halfway full."
- Gwinithor : "I just don't get it! What kind of game has this many rules? How do you remember them all?"
When he is first spoken to he will say:
- "I could be spending this time practicing. Instead, I am forced to help explain such simple rules to this ojel."
If you manage to explain the rules correctly to Gwinithor so Chukka-Jee lets him play, J'ram will still be unhappy.
- "How wondrous. Now we are stuck with this kuuda for who knows how long!
At least he does not wish to play teeba-enoo. Even I have trouble remembering the rules to that game."'
But if you manage to mess up the explanation he will glad he can get back to practicing rather than teach a wood elf how to play.
- "I can finally get back to practicing again. Not sure why Chukka-Jee even wished to help that kuuda anyway."
